                   WE MAKE LEARNING FUN!

All staff members continuously take workshops, seminars, cpr/first aid and additional training

in order to stay current with the guidelines of the EEC.

Our teachers have been with Tiny Tots for an average of 15+ years.

Joan Sullivan began her career at Tiny Tots in 1996. Joan had been a Director/Preschool Teacher for over ten years, in West Roxbury, MA upon graduating from Bridgewater State University. After having her family, Joan was very eager to return to her career and joined Tiny Tots as a Lead Teacher. Joan recently became  Director in 2012 replacing Judith Fuller, who was Director for many years. Joan is the Director, working in the classroom often giving a helping hand. She is always available to the teachers and provides great insight into planning the curriculum. She keeps a well balance of both positions, keeping the school running smoothly while enjoying the students as well! Joan works closely with the Department of Early Education and Care, keeping current with all certifications and necessary requirements required by the state.

Judith Fuller has been with Tiny Tots since the beginning, over 40 years ago.  She first began as a Teacher and later became the Director until 2012.  Mrs. Fuller works on a part-time basis in many capacities, both in our classroom and with office assistance.  Some of the parents of our current children have come to Tiny Tots and remember Mrs. Fuller, and she always remembers them!  She thoroughly enjoys her days spent with our young preschoolers and they adore her as well!  She is a constant source of support and continues to take much pride in our school. Judie is a wonderful asset to Tiny Tots and we are lucky to have her with us!

Lisa Campbell has been affiliated with Tiny Tots for over twenty years. She began by student teaching in the classroom while attending Massasoit Community College, earning her associates degree in Early Childhood Education. Directly out of college, Lisa began her career as Lead Teacher, leaving briefly to raise her three boys. Her children are all Tiny Tots graduates as well! Lisa is a lead teacher working full time with our 3- 5 year old classes. Lisa's love for children is evident in her nurturing teaching style. Her gentle, patient, and positive nature, has helped to establish Tiny Tots as a safe, loving and caring environment. Lisa's many years of experience is evident in her ease of teaching as well as her incredible instincts, observations, and knowledge of each individual child's needs!

Lisa McKenna is a life long resident of Easton as well as an alumni of Tiny Tots. After completing courses at Massasoit Community College, attaining a Certificate in Early Childhood Education, she began teaching at Tiny Tots in 2001. She is currently a Lead Teacher in our 4-5 yr. old class, working 2 days a week. She has three children of her own, all graduates of the preschool as well. She finds new and innovative ways to prepare the children for Kindergarten, with the perfect combination of learning and fun!  Lisa's wonderful sense of humor and compassionate nature adds to the fun, educational and enthusiastic environment that Tiny Tots has to offer all it's students. The children love Mrs. McKenna's vivacious personality, sense of humor and all around good nature!

Beth is the most recent teacher to join our staff in January, 2008. She is a lead teacher in our 3-yr. old class. Beth has a B.A. in Early Childhood Education and Psychology from North Park College. She was a preschool teacher in California for over five years, until she returned to Easton to raise her family. Both of her daughters spent their preschool years at Tiny Tots. Her awareness of how precious and important these early years are, is displayed in her kind, warm and gentle manner. She is always so patient, loving, and understanding of each child's individual personalities and truly treats each child special. She is always available to parents with parenting advice and suggestions when asked. She is adored by all the little ones and is very generous with her praises and kind words!

Our newest teacher at Tiny Tots is Lisa Donovan who joined our staff this September. She is the lead teacher in our multi-day class of 3 year olds.  Lisa is a graduate of Massasoit Community College with a degree in Early Childhood Education.  Lisa has been a preschool teacher at the Old Colony YMCA for the last 10 years.  She came highly regarded by both staff and family members that she worked with during her time there. Her philosophy on education coincides with that of Tiny Tots, believing in providing the children with opportunities to improve socially and cognitively through developmentally appropriate activities and a nurturing environment. Lisa is such a great asset to Tiny Tots already in the two months we have gotten to know her.  Her gentle, calm nature and love for the children is so evident in how she treats every child as an individual.  We are thrilled to have our latest teacher at Tiny Tots!
