DIRECTOR

Lisa Campbell began her career at Tiny Tots in 1991. She began by student teaching in the classroom while attending Massasoit Community College, earning her associates degree in Early Childhood Education. Directly out of college, Lisa began her career as a Lead Teachers, leaving briefly to raise her three boys. Her children are all Tiny Tots Graduates as well! This is Lisa’s second year as Director, replacing Joan Sullivan who was the director for many years. Lisa is eager for her new role and is sure to keep the school running smoothly, while offering guidance to our teachers and parents! Lisa’s love for every student is evident by all who know and love her!

ASSISTANT DIRECTOR/FINANCIALS

Joan retired from Director of Tiny Tots in 2021. She currently assists Lisa Campbell one day a week with finances and helping in the classroom.

LEAD TEACHER

Lisa McKenna is a lifelong resident of Easton as well as an alumni of Tiny Tots. After completing courses at Massasoit Community College, attaining a Certificate in Early Childhood Education, she began teaching at Tiny Tots in 2001. She is currently a Lead Teacher in our 4-5 year old class. She has three children of her own, all graduates of the preschool. She finds new and innovative ways to prepare the children for Kindergarten, with the perfect combination of learning and fun. Lisa's wonderful sense of humor and compassionate nature add to the fun, educational enthusiastic environment that Tiny Tots has to offer. The students the children love Mrs. McKenna's vivacious, personality, sense of humor and all-around good nature!

LEAD TEACHER

Beth joined our staff in January 2008. She is a lead teacher in our Pre-K class. Beth has a B.A. in Early Childhood Education and Psychology from North Park College. She was a preschool teacher in California for over five years, until she returned to Easton to raise her family. Both of her daughters spent their preschool years at Tiny Tots. Her awareness of how precious and important these early years are is displayed in her kind, warm, and gentle manner. She is always so patient, loving, and understanding of each child’s individual personalities and truly treats each child as special. She is always available to parents with parenting advice and suggestions when asked. She is adored by all the little ones and is very generous with her praises and kind words.

LEAD TEACHER

Lisa Donovan joined our staff in September 2016. Lisa has been a preschool teacher at the Old Colony YMCA for the last 10 years prior with multiple private nannying positions as well. Her philosophy on education coincides with that of Tiny Tots, believing in providing the children with opportunities to improve socially and cognitively through developmentally appropriate activities and a nurturing environment. Lisa is such a great asset to Tiny Tots! Her gentle calm nature and love for the children is so evident in how she treats every child as an individual. Lisa does a fantastic job managing and educating in a small classroom of 8 children. Mrs. Donovan is so loved by her small group that sometimes children repeat the class!

LEAD TEACHER

Karen Ward joined our staff in September 2021. Karen has a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education with a minor in Special Education. She's been a lead teacher for over 10 years with a wide range of experience. Karen is well organized, very caring and eager to learn the Tiny Tots approach to preschool. She is teaching with our newest teacher, Lisa Laureano and together they have been an amazing team in the two day class for three year olds. New energy and new ideas are always an added bonus to one of our most popular classes!

LEAD TEACHER

Lisa is new to Tiny Tots in 2022. With her many years of experience, gentle manner, and positive approach, she is a great fit for our school. Lisa worked at Keeping Pace with Multiple Miracles, and she was a director and Lead Teacher for many years after graduating from Massasoit with an Early Childhood Certificate. Lisa is proving to be a great addition to our staff.
